In a nutshell:

I began working professionally with textiles in 1984 - since then I have:

Ref: 70 - Created March 2008 - New Design - Small waistcoat - size 10-12 - beautifully crafted garment - right front panel is blue indigo denim with curvy machine embroidery and welt bound button hole - left front panel is grey distressed denim with four painted navy blue embroidered leaves and navy blue vintage button to fasten - back of waistcoat is grey distressed denim with eight painted navy blue embroidered leaves. measurements as follows: Back neck to hem 16.5"(42cm), Back underarm to underarm 14.25" (36.5cm), Side underarm to hem 6.5"(17cm) , Each front panel - side seam to front opening when not fastened 9.5" (24.5cm), Armhole circumference 27" (69cm), shoulder measurement 10.5" (27.5cm

February 2008 - Three fabulous new waistcoats - now listed Ebay/Tazbar

Ref 68...Latest creation - Large almost formal waistcoat - created Feb 2008 - black distressed denim - with lightly painted crimson/purple over left front side and over left shoulder on back - then enhanced with machine slithers of embroidery in silver, crimson and black threads. Front right panel has subtle black machine straight stitching to create a pinstripe effect - this panel also has a pocket measuring 6.5" width with depth of 7" (approx) - another pocket can be found inside left lapel 2.75" x 5" (approx) - one front fastening - Norwegian frog clip. Detail - this long waistcoat has the most beautiful colours.  Stunningly exquisite long unique embroidered waistcoat - subtle mauves - greys - greens - gentle turquoises - soft salmon pinks - you will want to hang it as a picture on the wall it so beautifully crafted - clematis and willow leaves size 16-18
no front fastenings so slightly flexible - please check measurements below 
The denim has been treated(as can be seen in item photograph),  non symmetrical way plus added further machine embroidery 
This long waistcoat is being described as size 16-18

There is flexibility as there are no front fastenings.   


Please note the measurements (to nearest half inch) are as follows:  





centre back of neck to bottom of garment 30" 

underarm to underarm back measurement is 22.5" 

Each front panel measures from underarm to centre front 11"

SOLD  This stunning Poppies/Geometric Waistcoat



This lovely geometric with birds garment was sold by Brigid Foley November 2005.   The lady who purchased it had bought one of my garments about five years ago - her first garment was a such a success that she "fell in love" with this garment and purchased it imediately!  So pleased that it will be enjoyed!
