NOVEMBER 2006

www.tazbar.com is a new auction website.   With the consent of the owners I created this waistcoat because I like the way Tazbar works and because I wanted a bit of a challenge!

Back of the waistcoat.

Waistcoat detail.     If you would like a waistcoat with your company name or any name please contact me.

NEW ADDITIONS JUNE 2006

I probably would never have created a waistcoat like this but Dan asked for a flower bed design - with lots of colour and leaves - he wanted Moths as well but they did not quite work.

Back of the above waistcoat -  I absolutely love it and will probably make more like this soon.

Dan wearing his "Flower Bed" Waistcoat.  This is a waistcoat that I would never have made - had Dan not contacted me.    He purchased two waistcoats several years ago from me at the Exeter Festival.     He had this idea of lots of colour and growing flowers.   The results are above and below.    Its a great waistcoat!

June 2006 - A few days later I made this one - a complete contrast - I have more ideas on this theme so .............please watch this space.

NEW April 2005  - SOLD

SIZE 42" - 44"

classic understated design

really fantastic waistcoat

Ideal for musician, festival follower, artist or someone who just loves well made, and subtly distinct quality garments.

This waistcoat is described as grey with handpainted black abstract design with machine embroidery in cream/white, dark burgundy and black stitching.   This adornment can be seen in item photographs.

It is being described as a gents size 42"-44" - It hangs loose.

but please note the measurements to the nearest cm are as follows:   centre back of neck to bottom of garment 57cm  - underarm to underarm back measurement is 59cm - From bottom of armhole to bottom hem 24cm  -  Each front panel measures the underarm to centre front 32cm  - the armhole circumference is 78cm .

Please please email me if you require any further measurements or would like to see further pictures of this simple but modern classic type garment.  There are no front fastenings. No back belt.

If you would like to try this garment on before purchase - this can be arranged if you are local to my South Devon home.

The denim used is 14oz - top quality but because it has been treated will not appear as pristine as newly purchased blue denim jeans - there are blemishes which are all part of the design process. This garment will get softer the more you wear it.

This garment is made from 100% cotton -  the lining is quality black cotton fabric. This garment can be handwashed - (full care instructions will be included).  If you need further clarification of this design please please ask for pictures to be sent to you.

Please please do not hesitate to email if you have any questions at all before you purchase.I regret that I cannot accept returned items just because it does not fit.  Please check sizing and email me if you need further information.
